Search the calendar below to find available event times. (Please contact us if the party time you want is not showing as available, and you can get on the waiting list for that spot if the deposit is not paid within the required window of time.) Once you know the date and time you would like, you can temporarily reserve it by completing the booking form. You will need to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit and complete the Event Host Contract within 72 in order to continue to hold the reservation of your event time. This $50 deposit goes towards the total cost of your event. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event, with no refunds for cancellations after that date, though we will do our best to reschedule a date with you if possible.
Party times listed below include 30 minutes for setup, and 30 minutes for cleanup. So a 3 hour party time slot is a 2 hour event with 30 minutes before and after for cleanup and setup. For example, a 9:30am-12:30 party time slot is 9:30-10:00 setup, 10:00-12:00 party, and 12:00-12:30 cleanup. You also have the option to add extra hours to your event, and a party coordinator will contact you about pricing for that.
